There will be no refunds, however of your pin is severely damaged (wiggly post or dent, paint in wrong place), please contact me ASAP. You can ship the pin back and will replace it, if I have it in stock, or else a credit is issued that allows you to purchase up to the amount the pin is. Please note that with all pin companies there will be small dents, scratches, and minor dings (even official Disney park pins have these defects) There is no control over this but do strive to only mail out pins that you would want displayed on a board. I pack all pins in bubble wrap or plastic sleeves inside bubble mailers so its rare a pin gets damaged during shipment.
